How much for the shipping cost
In order to provide the most affordable shipping rates, we ship all orders via Canada Post.
- Within Canada:Non-tracked Package: CA$22.65Tracked Package: CA$28.00
- To the United States:Tracked Package (DDP): CA$19.97
- International:Tracked Package: CA$28.00
Shipping process time
Processing time: 1–2 business days (Orders are prepared and shipped within this time). We will send you an email confirmation once your order is received.
Below are the estimated shipping times from Canada:
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Customs delays or holidays may affect transit times.
Any hidden fees?
All packages are shipped with Canada Post as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) except USA (USA package is DDP).
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and VAT/ GST in their country.
These fees are not included in the item price of shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery,
Tracking Your Order
To ensure your tiny treasures arrive safely, we primarily offer tracked shipping. If you choose a non-tracked shipping method at checkout (where available), please note that we cannot locate the package once it leaves our hands. In the rare event of a lost package without tracking, Banana Six is not responsible for the loss. We always recommend tracked shipping for peace of mind!
