How to Purchase, Download, and Re-Download Your Digital Files

Welcome! Whether you are grabbing a 3D print file or a paper template, here is a quick guide on how to complete your purchase, download your files right away, or access them again later if needed.

Step 1: Adding Items to Your Cart & Checking Out

1. Select Your Item: Browse our shop and click "Add to Cart" on the digital item you want.

2. Review Cart: Click on your shopping cart icon in the top right corner and click "Checkout".

3. Complete Order: Fill in your details, apply any discount codes if you have them, and click "Complete order".
   

Step 2: Downloading Your Files Immediately

Right after your order is processed, you will see an order confirmation screen:

1. Look for your item listed under your order summary.

2. Click the "Download Now" button right next to the file to save it directly to your device.

3. (Note: You will also receive an email confirmation with a download link).

Step 3: How to Re-Download Files Later

Need to access your files again in the future? No problem! You can easily find them anytime by logging into your account:

1. Open the Menu: Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner of the website.

2. Go to Your Profile: Tap on your profile section to open your account dashboard.

3. Select "Orders & Download Link": Navigate to the Orders & Download Link tab.

4. Access Your Files: Find your past order, locate your item, and click "Download Here" to get your files again whenever you need them
