Whether you are treating yourself to a new miniature project or picking out a special gift, we know that waiting for a package to arrive is half the anticipation—and half the fun!
If you’ve ever found yourself refreshing your tracking page and wondering, "How long does it usually take to arrive?", here is a simple guide to our order-to-delivery journey.
To estimate when your package will arrive, it helps to break the timeline into two separate steps: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
Before your order hits the road, it starts right here in our workshop. This is when we carefully verify your order, print your patterns or pack your physical items, double-check quality, and safely package everything so it survives its trip in the mail.
Physical Items Usually take 1 to 2 business days to pack and prep for carrier pickup.
Once the postal carrier picks up your package, transit times will depend on where you are located in the world:
🇨🇦 Canada: 2 – 6 business days
🇺🇸 United States: 5 – 10 business days
🌍 International: 1 – 3 weeks (depending on local customs clearance)
Note: Business days do not include weekends or official statutory holidays.
Here is what happens behind the scenes from the moment you click "Place Order":
Order Confirmation (Immediate): As soon as you complete checkout, an automated confirmation email arrives in your inbox with your order summary.
Packing with Care (Days 1–2): We assemble your order in our workshop.
Shipping Notification & Tracking: Once your shipping label is printed and scanned by the carrier, we send you a second email containing your tracking link.
On the Move: You can click your tracking link anytime to see live updates as your package travels through postal hubs.
Arrival Day! Your package arrives at your doorstep or mailbox, ready for unboxing!
While most packages arrive right on schedule, a few factors can occasionally add a extra day or two to the journey:
Customs Clearance (For International Orders): Packages crossing international borders may spend a short time in local customs inspection.
Peak Holiday Seasons: Postal networks experience heavy volumes around major holidays (like Father's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas), which can slow carrier transit times.
Inclement Weather: Major storms can occasionally impact flight or truck schedules along the transit route.
We want you to feel confident and updated every step of the way. If your order seems stuck or if you have questions about your shipping address, feel free to reach out to us directly through our Contact Us page or reply to your order confirmation email!
Thank you for supporting our small business—we can't wait for you to open your new minis!
